1. Order Processing Time
- New Orders: Orders are processed in one day and shipped in 60 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We accept Net30, Net45 & Net60 Terms for payment and ship 60 days from receipt.
- Replenishment: Orders are processed in one day and shipped in 60 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). We accept Net30, Net45 & Net60 Terms for payment and ship 45 days from receipt.
- Large Orders/Custom Orders: Orders exceeding 500 units or involving custom embellishment/private labeling requires 60 days of processing time. Our sales team will provide an estimated lead time at the time of order confirmation.
- Peak Seasons: During peak seasons (e.g., back-to-school, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable freight carriers to offer a range of shipping options tailored to the size and urgency of your order. Our primary carriers include:
- FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, YRC Freight, XPO Logistics
- For smaller shipments or expedited services, we may utilize FedEx Ground/Express, UPS Ground/Air, USPS.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method for wholesale orders is Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight, which offers cost-effective delivery for larger volumes.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

- Discrepancies: Note any damage or missing cartons directly on the carrier's delivery receipt. If possible, take photos of the damaged packaging.
- Acceptance: Sign the delivery receipt only after you have thoroughly inspected the shipment. Signing for a shipment without noting damage releases the carrier and [Your Company Name] from responsibility for that damage.
